Become Who You Are

Grounded psychotherapy
for healing and growth

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in transition, therapy offers space to slow down, listen closely, and courageously face your whole self. Together, we’ll find a deeper sense of rootedness, allowing meaningful change to unfold.

About me

I come to this work both as a fellow traveler and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO. I hold a BA (Honours), a Master of Divinity, and a Master of Psychospiritual Studies, all from the University of Toronto.

My work is relational, humanistic, and open to the spiritual dimensions of life. I draw from person-centred and existential traditions, along with Internal Family Systems, attachment theory, and self-psychology. I am comfortable working with people from a wide range of religious and cultural backgrounds, while remaining attentive to the embodied nature of our lives.

I tend to work with people navigating questions of meaning, identity, and faith, as well as those moving through life transitions, grief, anxiety, isolation, depression, or addiction. Most of the people I work with are seeking more than symptom relief – they are seeking a deeper sense of wholeness and purpose.

My approach is calm and collaborative. We move at your pace, allowing insight and growth to unfold naturally. I believe transformation happens best through steady attention and compassionate presence.

I am here to support you as you remember deeper ground within yourself.
